We’re a small business and aim to be fair and fast. If anything’s wrong with your order, we’ll sort it.
H2: Damaged or incomplete items
If your starter pack arrives damaged or incomplete, email idexqr@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include: order email, delivery postcode, and a brief note/photo. We’ll replace the affected items or offer a refund.
H2: Change of mind
Unopened, unused packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return postage is at your cost; we’ll refund the product price on receipt in original condition. (Original shipping isn’t refundable.)
H2: How to request a return
Email idexqr@outlook.com with subject Return request.
We’ll reply with the return address and a short reference.
Pack items securely and include your name + order email in the parcel.
H2: Exchanges
Misprints or issues? We can replace affected labels instead of refunding—just mention which you prefer.
H2: Refund timing
Once the return is received, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
H2: Non-returnable
Used/opened label sheets can’t be refunded unless defective.
